Five borders. Five Elo bands. The frame around your player card changes as your rating crosses each threshold.

Adaptation over memorization

Ranked play rewards players who can survive the current season's pieces. Ranged shots, airborne movement, and delayed Artillery damage matter more than memorized classic openings.

The border thresholds are direct: Silver below 600, Gold at 600, Platinum at 1200, Diamond at 1800, and Grandmaster at 2400 Elo.
