2. Provision of the Website and Server Log Files
Each time this website is accessed, our system or hosting provider automatically collects data from the accessing device, in particular the IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, the browser used, and the operating system.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technical provision, stability, and security of the website. The retention period is 7 days.
3. Bug Report Form
If you submit a bug report, we process the title, the severity, your description, and — where you provide them — the game ID and your email address. Only the title, severity, and description are required; the email address is voluntary and is used solely to ask follow-up questions or to inform you about the fix.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in fixing defects) and, for the voluntary email address, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), which you may withdraw at any time. Reports are deleted once they have been processed and no longer needed, at the latest after 12 months. Please do not include any sensitive personal data in the description.
4. Cookies, Local Storage, and Consent
This website does not require cookies for its basic functions. We store one entry in your browser's local storage to remember your decision about analytics. This storage is strictly necessary to honour that decision; the legal basis is Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG.
Any non-essential storage or access to information on your device is only carried out after your consent pursuant to Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer, with effect for the future.
5. Google Analytics (only with your consent)
Where you consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses identifiers stored on your device to analyse how you use this site. The IP address is truncated (IP anonymisation) before further processing.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Without consent, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics data is collected. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; transfers are additionally covered by the EU standard contractual clauses pursuant to Article 46(2)(c) GDPR. Despite these safeguards, we cannot rule out that US authorities may access the data.
6. Hosting and Processing on Behalf
We use service providers for hosting and operation that process personal data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR). Service provider used: IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.
Apart from the transfers described in this policy, a transfer to a third country outside the EU/EEA does not take place. Our servers are located within the EU.
7. External Links and the Game App
This site links to external offerings such as our Discord server and the game itself. Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies; we have no influence on their processing. No data is transmitted to those providers merely by loading this page.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16 GDPR), erasure (Article 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), data portability (Article 20 GDPR), and to withdraw consent you have granted (Article 7(3) GDPR). Right to object: You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data which is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (Article 21 GDPR).

9. No Automated Decision-Making
Automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR does not take place.

We update this Privacy Policy whenever changes to the data processing we carry out make this necessary. The version published on this page applies.
